An artistic design in harmony with the surroundings while embracing contemporary artwork
This was the overall brief as well as amenity that invited the outside in with views from every room from this elevated Christchurch hill site.
Further there was a need to design for predominately neutral colours inside and out and to provide interior local spaces ideal for displaying the original artwork of both Margaret (painting and internationally acclaimed textiles) and Graeme for his sculptural work.
